how did you get the MGW Delux Brake Handle on?

I had every MGW piece they made on my O3 Mach 1

so for I've moved everything but the radio power button and the Delux Brake Handle onto the Cobra

I can't for the life of me get the darn radio power button off and I can't see anyway to get the handle on without removing the leather wrap.

oh and I like the interior! well done

You have to cut the leather off of the e-brake handle. MGW includes that in the instructions now. I did not do it, so I have an MGW deluxe satin e-brake handle if anyone is interested!

Thanks for the input! I dont think I'll be taking the leather off, I guess I'll just sell mine too :)

Now what about that dang radio power button?

On the 03 Mach 1 it pulled off with little ease (it too was a Mach 460 system) so why can't I pull off the power button on the Cobra?

thanks,
Marc.

I like it. Looks like you even painted the scripted Mustang text over the glove box. Right? Nice job!

I love it! But I'm nervous to do something like this. A 'Vert in South Florida, it might get way too hot and bright (reflections).

Nice job.

I like it all....except the A/C vents..Why highlight those??

It looks nice though, even the "mustang" script on the passenger side

Nice job.

I don't believe you would have to worry about bright reflections but the heat would definitely be a problem on the E-Brake handle.

Let's face it, even the aluminum piece on top of the stock shifter knob gets very hot.

I'm in Arizona, 40 miles south of Tucson. I know about heat and that good old sun shine. :)

I did the main panels and speedo pod first.

The vents were jealous and insisted they get attention also or they were going to refuse to work. It gets hot here in southern Arizona so I had no choice. :)

Actually, I didn't like the look of them not matching the rest of the interior. Everything seemed out of balance......Besides, it is a bit reminiscent of the 60s and 70s when there were a lot of chrome pieces in the interiors of cars.
