Care to elaborate? My brother has nothing but good things to say about how Tesla has treated him as a customer. He even had his Model 3 Performance replaced when he had early issues that they couldn't fix. He was without a car for a month, I think, but they came through with satisfying him.

Tesla will turn features off, including supercharging as they see fit, including after the customer pays to turn it back on. They also demand to know why you are trying to fix car and may or may not sell you the part you need. Many youtube vids. Their view is that you don't really own the the car, **** them and the horse they rode in on.

Fisker soars after being named a top electric vehicle stock at Morgan Stanley
  • Morgan Stanley initiates research coverage on Fisker (NYSE:FSR) with an Overweight rating and price target of $27.
  • The firm calls Fisker its EV sleeper pick.
  • Analyst Adam Jonas: "FSR is a play on an all new, asset-light, design-centered EV business model that improves time to market and break-even points. In a very crowded EV startup field, we think FSR stands out as one of the more de-risked and strategically underpinned business models."
  • Jonas and team think investors underestimate that FSR's path to commercialization is significantly aided by Magna, which is said to have a mastery of bringing high quality vehicles to market on time, with high quality and good economics.
  • Valuation is seen attractive at 6.2X estimated 2025 EV/EBITDA and 0.6X estimated 2025 EV/sales.
  • Shares of Fisker are up 15.28% premarket to $17.81.

However, the company faces a flood of new competition in EV pickups from startups and legacy OEMs with far greater scale and distribution advantages."
  • Jonas thinks the company's radical new hub motor technology is a good concept, but notes that it has never been commercialized at scale in the light vehicle market. An after following a series of channel checks on the propulsion tech, the firm believes investors would be exposed to significantly elevated execution risk.
  • MS assigns a price target of $18 to RIDE.
  • Shares of Lordstown are down 5.56% premarket to $29.00 vs. the trading range of $9.50 to $31.80.
