What size are the tires?

I have been learning how to re-size pic all day

235/40/18 on 18"x9.5" & 275/40/18 on 18"x10.5" on the rear, they fit well on the 03gt but seem to narrow on the cobra I may look into some thing larger for the rear but nittos sizes are very limited the only other size is 285/35/18 its not as tall but is wider on only $270. a pop, LOL :bash:

Just wondering, how does the car ride compared to stock? About the same?

They will set in and drop a little bit more once settled. give it a couple weeks...
You getting any noise from the rear since you removed the lower rubber pieces?

workhorse, the ride seems to be the same, drives very well maybe on bad roads its a little ruff. blownsnake, no noise at all, the tech said with the irs system if you remove the top ones it will squeek but if you remove the bottoms they dont squeek

:uh oh:

235 is way too narrow for a 9.5" rim...and a 275 is a real stretch for a 10.5" rim.

Much better would have been 265 35 front, 285 or 295 35 rear.

The tires are within specs for those rims as per nitto and discount tire, these wheels and tires were on my 03 gt and because of the solid axle were pushed out 1/2" further on each side and I did not want to rud the wells
