im confused i know sms and saleen are 2 different company's. Someone correct me here but i think the saleen has a whole diff ground effects kit. Either way still love the stang!

all the pictures i have seen of both the SMS and saleen have full body kits. Not sure if there are different stages but i was confused as well.

SALEEN AND SMS are one again...remember...Steve Saleen got his SALEEN name back and is legally allowed to use his SALEEN name again. So the existing 2012 SMS Supercars and some 2011 SMS Supercars Mustangs will say SALEEN on them now with SMS (stands for Steve Mark Saleen) All New 2013 SALEEN cars are built by Steve Saleen again...no more two companies...just one again.

This level Saleen SMS 302 is a White Label.....no full body kit like the Black Label I owned last year. More subdued compared to the exotic looking high end SMS302.

SMS and Saleen are one again.

SMS cars were
White Label (entry level ...suspension,exhaust,grille,side stripes,20in. wheels/tires, rear spoiler, rear blackout panel,headrests,shifter. 440hp Naturally Aspirated 5.0(302) SMS tune

Yellow Label ( same as White Label but Supercharged 525hp )

Black Label ( full body kit and upgraded interior and brakes with 624hp)

The dealers and owners of SMS Supercars 302 Mustangs can recieve free from the newly formed SMS SALEEN company...the SALEEN Windshield Banner.. SALEEN front grille emblem and SALEEN horn button. The dealer I got this from had all those on hand from the new SALEEN SMS Supercars Company.

I know its confusing for right now....but for 2013 remember...all are just SALEEN cars now ....one company.

This is my SMS 302 Black Label I had in 2011 ...this is the high end model that is over 70k with all options. Notice the Full Body kit also...interior is upgraded also. Pics are on my website. I couldnt afford to keep this one

I like your new one better. The rear end treatment Saleen/SMS has been using is a bit overdone and looks too much like a trailer hitch. Hopefuly they do someting different on the 13s.

yes the old one was supercharged...I had traded her in on a taste of Mopar world alittle for 9 months....no fun. Im a Mustang guy....That first high end SMS was 70k...no way could I afford her anymore either. I liked that car alot...but I agree with snakecharmer....I like the more low key looks of the Kona Blue one I have now.

The taillights are still so-so, depending on scheme but that is one very good looking Mustang. I like the color, wheels and overall scheme.

Not sure where I stand on the black plastic ground effects still.
