If you guys could do it all over again and had about 2000 to 2500 , what mods would you guys do to get the most gains without running it to lean. Including tires, spray etc:dw:

Long tube headers
Uca and mount
Lower control arms
Strange rear adjustable shocks
Nice slick and skinny setup for the track.

with only $2500 you're really limited as far as performance gains.
I'd try to find a used set of racestars with bigs and littles... let's say that runs you $1000. Then I'd add a mid pipe, tune and nitrous. 10 sec car under $2500.

It all depends on what you want out of the car and what you plan on doing with it.

Alot of the responses above are great for a drag car, but not everyone races in a straight line.

and would add springs , panhard , lca relocation brackets, and a resonator delete for the FIRST 2k in mods.:thumbsup:

My 5.0 is Prem black , lava red int , M6, 3.73s

My m6 is flawless btw, no problems at all.

I would personally rather have a nitrous kit with stock headers instead of a set of aftermarket headers.
