IAC cleaning

Well, I've been trouble shooting a problem with the truck, its been running rough at low rpms but feels great under boost. I've already cleaned the MAF so my next though is IAC. But after checking the How To threads :read:, the link for cleaning the IAC is dead :bash:. Does anyone have the link or can can anyone provide a quick how to?

Unplug it remove the two 8mm bolts spray it with carb cleaner and reinstall

That's about it. Also, you can swab out the inside a bit with Q-Tips.

Cool, that's basically how I remembered it, I was just hoping there weren't any small details I was leaving out. Lets hope this does the trick.

I cleaned mine a few times and got a good 114k miles out of the original one. Eventually cleaning it didn't do any good anymore, so I just hit up NAPA and got a new one for like 50 bucks. Problem solved.
