I tried giving D'agostino Racing another chance

I had a bad experience with D'agostino Racing a couple years back, but had read where they were under new management and decided to give them another try. I order a couple small things I needed on Dec 27th just to see how it would go. As of today I have not received the items (A KB disc and clutch freeplay mod), and after several calls and emails I still have not heard anything about my order. Has anyone on here ordered recently?

the new owners are apparently far worse, if you search there are several threads of the same old shit with them. Try posting on their facebook, seems to get their attention

That sucks. I had a good experience with them a long time ago but everything seemed to go down hill soon after that. At this point I'd file a cc claim and get my money back since you've had zero communication.

About 2mo ago I ordered a clutch free play mod from them and I received it probably a week or so? I don't remember exactly how long but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Tough call there. And good for you OP trying to help them rehab their poor rep at this point.

Have personally done the same with LFP. Haven't had issues with their Ebay store sales, but that of course won't change the mind of those victimized in the past who weren't appropriately re-compensated.

I finally got the parts in the week before last, coincidentally about 3 days after I posted on their facebook page. I haven't had issues with LFP though, they have always had great customer service. One they even fixed a throttle body for me that was already on the car when I bought it, didn't change me, and paid to ship it back.

You ordered on December 27th and received them sometime between January 18th and 23rd?

I don't think that's completely ridiculous.

The only thing I would've changed is how they communicated with you. December/January is the slowest shipping of the year.

If they would have communicated with me then it wouldn't have bothered me as much, but I never had a call or email returned at all.
