I got lucky at NMCA this weekend!

I ran NMCA True Street yesterday. Car was a bracket car all day in 2500DA. I made a test pass and the 3 back to back passes. All four passes were between 9.81 & 9.78! I wasn't the fastest car, but managed to take the 9 sec plaque! My buddies turbo terminator fox body should have beat me, but he was having boost controller issues... I beat him out by .01 ave! Lol!

I had to drive 3/4 of the way home (89 miles one way) in light rain on ET Pro's, so I left early. Wasn't expecting a plaque, but it will be sent in the mail. The ET Pro's rode pretty good on the Toll Road with the cruise set at 75mph (on the dry ride there of course).

Here's a video of the 11am test pass. 1.47 60', nothing spectacular. I'm still trying to figure out the rear shocks. I loosened the r & c 1 click each after this pass and seemed to help. tried 17psi & 16psi in the Pro's. I want to play with the relocation brackets a little more, then take them off and see what the car does. I lost all my hook on the street with the relocation brackets.

Off topic but how does a guy run a 13.7 A. 10.2. And a 9.4 win an 11 sec category. I understand how but that just doesn't seem right.

I'm sure in that case, it was just accident. That car is a high dollar car of Watson Racing. It's a low 9sec car, claiming to be the fastest 2015 to date. Here's the video, I happend to run him on my last pass... Sometimes people botch one of their runs & kills their average, so they try to shoot for a slower plaque. They actually recomend that in the drivers meeting. It's all about having fun!
