HP difference between 99-02 and 03-04 lightnings??

Factory option is installed on the assembly line and is tracked by Ford

Dealer Option the dealer installs and Ford doesn't know what trucks have it and don't have it.

The trailer hitch was a factory option.

must be a rare delete, i have never seen one without unless it was taken off

HP numbers

Yes the 99-00 had 360 Hp and 01-04 had 380, but the 01 and 03 lightning make more Hp and trq than the other models that i have seen. You can take every year model do the same mods to and the 01 and 03 make better numbers.

thats inaccurate.

the 99-00 has different rods than the 01-04 (slightly) and ive been told and seen trucks with high numbers still running on the older motors

the reason you may have seen this is probably due to the shotty intercooler design
