Hey guys, my goal for this car is the big 400 mark even with my automatic '12. What would be needed to hit these goals realistically?

Yeah, we need a lot more information here.

If you're talking a GT, a tune, O/R pipe and intake should get you pretty close to 400 whp. Throw in a Boss I/M(spare me the debate) for overkill.

For the six popper, you'll probably need FI.

Don't do boss unless you do supporting mods for it!

My Buddy Whstlr on here did 408whp with ORx/47lb inj/E85.

Sorry guys! The car is a 2012 GT 5.0 automatic. See I know the manuals can get to 400 with intake, x pipe, and tune but from everything I've seen the A6 dyno's at about 20-25whp less. So any input or even dyno graphs is much appreciated!

I dynoed 393rwhp in heat and high humidity couple months back. This was done with headers, steeda intake and a steeda tune.

EDIT : It was 82 degrees out with 52% humidity

Op, the cheapest way is cat deletes($120), 47# injectors($280 new), E85, and a custom tune($400). That will get you 400whp for right around $800.
