I was wondering how much timing guys are running with e85 and say a ported Eaton @ 16lbs?

Guys he's talking about a ported eaton setup. A lot of guys run 22/23 on pump gas with that, I'm at 21 myself. With your setup and e85 I wouldn't be afraid to go 25/26 area.

I ran 27*'s on the dyno lmao.

You're fine at 23*'s on 93 octane people!

Ported Eaton @ 16 psi. Run whatever it takes until it stops making power. I would say it will be between 23-24*.

Even if you CAN run 23* on 3, it will still make more on E85 and you benefit from the cooling effect of the fuel.

Thanks for the input. I need to check and see where LaSota has mine at. He said I could ad some more with the handheld. I am running ported Eaton with 4lb and 2.76.

2.6 KB, 22*, 21#, E85

When I swapped from 93 to E85, I picked up 70+ hp in timing alone. Went from 16* to 22*.

Just a couple hp. We were on the dyno testing it against some race gas.
