A plasma cutter.

Dude, If you asking this question you have no business touching your motor. Seek professional help. Call HP by Herman, he is in your area and is one of the best tuners in the country. Now stop hitting that shift key.

It's not about the tools required. It's about knowledge. If you're asking
the question, you don't have the knowledge and you shouldn't even consider
porting heads/blowers/etc yourself.

You need a phone to call Bob and a box to ship the blower in. Stiegemeier is the way to go. If you still want to port your own, do a search in the archives for what happened to guys who did that a few years back. If you don't already know how, you shouldn't do it.

To port your own blower is not an easy undertaking but it can be done.

If you did enough research to carry out the work on your own, then you should expect to spend at least 10 hours of grinding and polishing. Unless you are okay with it looking like a beaver was chewing on it.

Keep in mind if you make a mistake you may end up needing a new blower - so take it slow.
