Hot A/C Cluster

I know this may sound weird, but here it is.


Sometimes my A/C panel where the knobs are at gets really hot. I go to turn on the A/C and I could feel the heat coming off of it. Touching it, it can really burn you.

Anyone have any idea why it does this? :shrug: It only does it about half the time with A/C on or off.

My whole console seems to heat up at times. Normal from what I have heard.

I believe heat from the transmission rises into the panel. Mine did that, too.
