About to awaken the Cobra from a 4 month engine rebuild. Im very excited to finally have my baby back. I got several goodies along the way and was hoping someone was able to give me a rough RWHP and Torque estimate. Im getting a Dyno tune at HPP on November 14th, just wanted to know what i should be around. I would like 300/320whp if thats possible. Any way here are my mods, THANKS IN ADVANCE

STOCK BORE AND STROKE
Probe Forged Aluminum Flat Top Pistons (0cc)
Eagle Forged H-Beams
Eagle Cast Steel Crank
MMR Billet Oil Pump
SLP Catback Exhaust
BBK Catted X-Pipe
Stage 1 Clutch
Ford Racing TOB and Pilot

I know its not much but its something. Thanks guys!

I'm no pro here, but my armchair dyno here says that you should have no trouble breaking 300 RWHP with that setup. You might consider a set of LT headers to go along with your exhaust mods. My 2001 w/ 85k on the motor still dynos out at ~306rwhp/320tq w/ basic bolt ons (JLT RAI, BBK LTs, BBK OR X, Borla Catback).. Good luck and post some dyno numbers when you get a chance!

I'm guessing 278 RWHP with a K&N and properly degreed cams.

The cost may be off a bit.
And a good cam degreeing kit could run another $300

I'm guessing OEM cams degreed properly and advanced a bit, along with the recipe above, might get you more NA power?? It may get you 330RWHP??

NASVT??

Looks like a pair of cams will join the family once tax returns come in LOL

Sounds like a plan...
The cams and intake can be first mods, then follow up with other add-on mods..

You've got forged rods and pistons. I'd either spray it or put a blower on it over cams.

If you can swing the kit now I would. That way you can get it tuned for nitrous and not have to pay twice.
