I went to RIO for Carnivale about 8 years ago with a bunch of college buddies just for the hell of it. We went to one of the stadiums for Carnivale in a town called Centro (or something like that). The place is that crazy over there! Cops are in full military gear and will beat the hell out of you or shoot you if you resist. We learned pretty quick not to f**k around there. Drink and have fun but don't do really stupid stuff.

They sure didn't seem to be in a big hurry to get him medical attention. No sympathy here for the kid. IMO punks like that don't deserve to breath our air. Thankfully that cop saw the whole thing and nailed him nicely. Hope the thug ends up in a filthy prison for many years. :nonono:
