Plus he was never even assaultive. Active resistant yes, but give me a break. Cuffed with 4 officers.
That video is only part of the story. It may be enough to prove a murder, but it is not the only evidence in the case. The facts in the hearing are what need to be used for such ruling. Social media is not judge, jury, and executioner as many folks think it is.While I'm not a fan of social media, the social media post of this incident is the number one reason and the largest piece of evidence of this case. You must be willing to accept reality when when it slaps you in the face
Ahh, the immaturity and inaccuracy in this statement is proving your point somehow?he’s got a 17 page report in the glovebox of his leased BMW...
Not sure how this is "moderating" this thread. You sure its not a Kia?
the only evidence in the case.
I agree this will not be a murder conviction. But the most damn evidence is the 9 min video. Of the officers kneeling on Mr. Floyd. After he has been cuffed and no longer a threat. He should of been sat up right. That is what a reasonable officer would do.The video contains little to no evidence. Like you said, this may be enough to convict (maybe manslaughter, doubtful on murder 2/3) but the only evidence that it provides is that Chauvin used an approved restraint for longer than was necessary.

Ok, so you're so misguided on what a moderator should be doing, that you are challenging the source of reference, instead of reflecting on the point? Wow, i suggest you do a search on your own and hopefully you can learn from other sources that which you respect on what a moderator should be doing.Never heard of Quirks.com. so if this is your only reference of opinion, im not sure i can help you.
As to getting back on topic, what information can you bring to the table? So far i have only seen that you dont believe the video on the open web is enough evidence for your opinions.
Thats the response? You have nothing else?
Jeesh, Mr. Debate King, sometimes not every comment is as deep a rebuttal as you wish. Lmao are we going to start using Robert's rules of order on here.Thats the response? You have nothing else?
I agree that the video is not judge jury or executioner the point I'm making is that there would be no trial if it weren't for that social media post containing the video of that officers actionThat video is only part of the story. Lol, good point.Jeesh, Mr. Debate King, sometimes not every comment is as deep a rebuttal as you wish. Lmao are we going to start using Robert's rules of order on here.
Youve clearly already made your decision on what happened. I havent seen anything other than the video afterword. If you have, please enlighten me.
Im waiting to see what the jury says based on what evidence is presented. Thats kinda what matters, at least to civil people.
Isn't this complicated by the crowd? They were surrounded by an increasingly hostile crowd. This would take away from the officer's ability to secure him in a more timely manner.
