High engagement on RXT

I had a shop install RXT on 2010 GT500 and the engagement is very high, right at the top of pedal. We called McLeod and they ask about install height, the shop did not measure (they have installed many and no issues the reason why no measurements taken). The shop will be removing the trans and measuring the height to determine if it is in tolerance McLeod gave.
The shop said they could turn down the fly wheel to lower the engagement.
Any other way to lower the engagement?
I don't want to replace the clutch again when the clutch wears and starts slipping, way to expensive to replace.
Thoughts or ideas?

You need a shorter pivot ball. Can't remember where I got mine; want to say its a lakewood. Shorten it about 4-5mm.

I'm confused. Did you actually buy a Lakewood pivot ball, shorten it 4-5mm, and install it on your car?

No they sell a couple different adjustable ones that you lock down with a jam nut.

Wont work on your setup though if its hydraulic.

Wonder of there is a pedestal or stop that could be modified...

Had the same issue after installing RXT on my 07. Used a Ram Hydraulic Pedal Height Adjuster to fix the issue. Has been on car for ten years and works great.

Did they use the correct slave with your clutch setup?

Correct slave cylinder was used, verified with McLeod.
I have ordered the Ram pedal height adjuster, that's the info I was needing.
