As Taylor SVT said, here is a thread I made not too long ago. A lot of great info in here.

http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/interior-exterior-modifications-212/808338-hid-suggestions.html

OP a lot of people on this site get annoyed when someone makes an account, has 1 post, and asks a question that has been asked 100 times before. Most of the time they don't even come back to the forum. I would suggest for future reference to use the search function, although sometimes it's annoying, it works well. Don't be afraid to search. This website has been around for over 10 years, and 90% of the time your question will already have been answered. Good luck

DDM Makes a fantastic set. I've heard very good things about them. Good priced too. That's the way I'm going if I ever go HID's.

I have the DDM's in my heads and fogs. The plugs can be a bit loose and cause you to believe a bulb or ballast has gone out. If you go with the DDM's I strongly urge you to use a good set of wire taps and the 9006 harness with bare wire on the end instead of trying to use your factory connectors.

I don't have any pictures of them all on (sorry), but can tell you the 5000k are where it's at. They are very very bright white. I had a bit of glare coming off of them, and ended up aiming them down a bit more than factory settings.
