I am adding a CAI and Cat Back Exhaust to my Bone Stock '03. That's it, no pulley, no X or H pipe...

With these mods, do I need to be concerned about A/F, or anything else at this point? Do I need to get a tune or chip?

Or can I just bolt on these two items and run it without any worries?

Thanks for the info...

Depending on the CAI you choose - more than likely, you should be fine (No chip/tune required).

Some people claim that the Densencharger really 'leaned' their car out...

If it's not the DC, I wouldn't worry about it.

You don't need a chip or a tune. Of course a chip or tune will net you more power, but it isn't necessary. Most don't do the chip or tune until they mod their blower pulley. And even then it's usually not needed unless you're running one smaller than 3.4". At that point you're wanting to insure you're not running lean, especially at the higher rpms with higher boost. And if you're running too rich (ie. stock) it is costing you power. A dyno tune would be the optimum choice.

It will be fine with factory tune with those mods.

As for your worries you still have plenty, traction, wheelhop, halfshafts........
