according to ford it is for a 4.6L 3V Performance intake manifold.
It would work with a specific elbow. No way it would bolt to the OEM style TB Mount on the plenum.
I have something similar to this on my Cobra:
....but I have a VMP TVS with an elbow designed for it.
Your best bet is to just grab a Dragon TB Set-up.

Ok I was just wondering if it would fit on the Whipple inlet. Just to go w something different
