help vacuum line under throttle body?

as the title say the small black vacuum line that connects under the intake manifold inlet after the throttle body broke. the line goes threw the firewall with the a/c lines. whats it for? i have a tune in a week and i dont know if its needed and how to fix it?

It is for the air conditioner/heater controls.

ok so worst case scenario if i cant fix it in time ill cap off the tube coming from the throttle body and i should be good to go. just wont have a/c and heater controls right?

Yea, you'll be fine. It just uses a vacuum switch to move the mode doors. You just won't be able to re-route the air like from defrost to vent, etc. It's either for that one, or it might work the temp control. I'm not sure if that one's a cable or not. But either way, it won't affect the tune at all, so no worries!
