Guys help I pulled off some pin stripping. How can I remove the glue off the paint without hurting it

polish maybe, or a light compound and polish:shrug:. I'd like to hear what others have to say. best of luck
I use a fast drying laquer thinner. Try some Goo Gone that will work.
The glue from pinstripes shouldn't be that hard to remove. Put the thinner on a rag and gently rub the glue and it should come right off.
I definitely would not use compound to take it off.
It's an adhesive, so use an adhesive remover. Goo Gone or Goof Off works well. 3M also make a top-notch adhesive remover.
I'd use a clay bar...never know how chemicals will react with the paint.
The chemicals mentioned in this thread will have no ill effect on the paint.
