heater core removal 00 lightning?

ive done some extensive searching and have found several different ways on how to do this including removal of the whole dash. im sure this has been covered over a hundred times, but i havent been able to find the best way to do this. can anyone post a link or the best way to attack this? thanks

I might be able to dig up the shop manual for it, but I'm not even sure where that DVD is. There's not really an easy way to do it. The entire dash has to come out and it's pretty much an all day job for a first timer.
