could just running stock headers with nothing else(midpipe etc) for a few weeks hurt? j/w may be put in the situation to do that or borrow a car lolz...thanx

Headers to open exhaust? I beleive there is a risk of burning an exhaust valve/seat unless tuned properly for open exhaust. I cant remember the reasons why this would happen and it might not be applicable in a modern EEC managed system.

If you remove the mid pipe and run only the exhaust manifolds you'll burn the car to the ground.
