headers to use for turbo setup?

Curious what everyone is going with regarding headers on their turbo setups...if your using a custom built set or a specific aftermarket brand.

typically the kits come with them or the hellion uses the stock manifolds because they hold in a lot of heat, which helps with turbo spool and have proven to work very well compared to kits with headers.

alright thought i couldnt go wrong with a set of frpp shorties...i bought my car with kooks longtubes on it so its something i knew i would have to purchase if not included in a kit

Well some good quality shorties like frpp would work great. Some kits bolt to the stock headers them head to the front. So by using a quality aftermarket header would decrease lag, let the turbo come into boost sooner.

Or you can face them foward and hav the shop route them together to a turbo.
