head gaskets

So I have my car torn down dropped off the heads at the machine shop. Will wait to hear from them what all is wrong. But what head gasket are you guys running. I herd felpro, comettic, stock ford. Not really sure. I found that the whole bottom end is built. So I think I am going to stud the heads since I am in there. Thanks for the help.
