The assembly part vibration weld lines in my boss intake are horrible at the injection bung area. Right at the same place where the bung protrudes into the intake flow area, it has this cliff that hangs off on each port. its about 1mm deep and its in the wrong direction!
Should i dremmel that smooth or not worry about it? some ports are much worse than others. one of the middle ports is almost flush, but most of the others are 1-1.5mm overhang INTO the flow direction so its like riding your skateboard over a sidewalk, the joins are ok if its lower than the flow but if its raised your screwed!
Anyone port this yet? thoughts? I noticed it looking at the cobrajet intake pics that showed how they improved that area specifically by reducing the size of the bung so it does not protrude as bad and making it very smooth all the way.
