H&r race c&c plates??

how do these work? I am not that familiar with Cobra set ups....(i usually have a honda...doh)....

should I get these for my 03 convertible that I am going to have the H&R Race springs installed? I will be driving the cobra roughly 10k miles per year...thanks

Yeah how does the bolt work and where are they installed? Seems like an awesome alternative. Also how much do the race springs lower the car, will 315's rub?

My buddy that works at Ford put them in at my house and then we went to the shop to get the car in line. I can post my before and after alignmnet sheets if anyone wants to see them.

The Camber bolt went in one of the stock bolt locations on the front struts. The bottom one I think.. I didnt pay attnetion.

My car is lowered on cut vert springs (1 coil all around) and sits kinda low like H&R race IMO.
