Guy rows oar in race

About a year ago or so I remember seeing a race where a guy pulls out an oar and starts rowing as the car passes the camera.

I've been trying to find it, anyone got a link?

Funny...when I got my license in '95 my dad bought me a 68 camaro with a mildly built 355 (approx. 440 hp) and my brother gave me an oar. I looked at him and said what the hell is this for...he just smiled and said let's take a drive and I'll show ya. Needless to say, the first car that got busted on that night got the paddle move and has been classic since that day. Hell I rode around with that oar in between the console and seat all through high school.
