FDE or Black?I've had a MPX and MCX. I'd really like to get one of the 716 DMRs.

In you guys opinions who makes the best most reliable 22 pistol. I’m lookin to pick one up to just use at the range every week.
I want to avoid jams and stove pipes. Tanks.

Ruger Mark IV.
III and II are very good as well. Own/owned them all.
For ammo i would suggest either Blazer or CCI. (Blazer is actually produced by CCI only its cheaper) I shoot mine in local competitions and its the most reliable ammo for mark pistols i have found.

No, I am keeping both of the DMRs I have. I bought these from one of my former co-workers who has an FFL down in Texas. At the time, he had 6 of each color come in. I can check to see if he has any remaining stock, and if so, how much. He will ship to your local FFL. Will send you a PM as soon as I find out.FDE. Are you moving one?

Second on the Rugers. Have 2 of the MkII Target models, 1 blued 5-1/2" from 1985, and a stainless 6-7/8" from 1997. Wife has a MKIII Hunter 6-7/8" stainless. All are outstanding performers, and I like it that .22 doesn't break the bank. My stainless Target is a one hole shooter at 7yds standing.
I have an S&W MP .22 Compact with threaded barrel. I have never had a problem with jams or stove pipes. I keep it clean and lubricated, and it is a fun little plinker. This was the first pistol I trained my daughter on so she could concentrate on the mechanics without concern of significant recoil when firing. Plus learning how to load a magazine with minimal resistance, and racking the slide, etc. Has adjustable rear sight for the suppressor when fitted, but I had to use some thread locker to keep it from self-adjusting. Nice small profile too, and the mags were cheap. In you guys opinions who makes the best most reliable 22 pistol. I’m lookin to pick one up to just use at the range every week.

Thanks guys. I definitely do not want any FTE problems. The Ruger Mark 4 is something I will look at.
Maybe the Smith and Wesson Victory also.
My dad has the 41pc but he put a red dot on it and now it’s just not fun. It’s too easy.I like the buckmark or sw41. Latter is a bit much for a pinker though. Also note that the new Rugers tilt up like an AR which makes them very easy to maintain.
