Well I wanted a new toy so I put this CZ in the cart and hesitated. Never owned one so thought I’d jump into this entry level in a 9mm. Next weapon no doubt.

I’ve been wanting another 1911 and never owned a Kimber. I’ve shot rather well with them so decided on this in a 45. I’ve also wanted another stainless that I wouldn’t dump more money into with cerakote etc etc. Should have it into the store in a week or two :)

I've got a pro raptor II, never shot it. Love the looks and feel. I'll get it to the range one day... let me know how it shoots if you get there soon...

That's a nice Kimber 45. Looks really good in stainless steel. Do you have ammo for it?

Nope. I’ll pick up a box or two which won’t cheap. If or when the prices do come down I need to spend a grand and restock on 9mm, .45 and .223.

Curious to see if your frame will have Yonkers, NY replaced with Troy, AL.

A Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II or Ultra TLE II have been my EDC since 2011. I have never had a problem with any of my Kimbers (20+). I always strip them down upon receipt, clean them, lube them, check the fit, and test the action before I fire. You should not be disappointed with the Pro Raptor II.

Nice! I doubt they are set up there yet but I sure wish it did!

Wow! If you’re on Facebook you have got to check out these custom grips! He may have a webpage as well. Thinking I may need a set :) Curious what these will set me back, lol.

Edit.....picked these out. I’m on a list for supplies being shipped from Russia, lol.

What are you guys running for a holster? I'm going to give this OWB Versacarry a chance with the Kimber I just bought.

HAHAHAHA
One day at an indoor range here in Charleston my friend and I were standing back allowing his wife to throw some rounds down range. This 50ish blonde chic was in the next lane to her right. She didn't even know how to load the weapon yet she was there shooting. It was pretty scary to be honest. I walked over to her and starting conversating with her. Put her at ease and talked to her about a few different weapons and what she was looking for in a weapon. Demonstrated a few things and she was off. I would never recommend just going to the gun range and shooting never having ANY experience with a weapon and trying to figure it out.

I second Alien Gear. I have an IWB for my Walther 9mm for normal times and an OWB for my Beretta .40 when BLM and Antifa are making news. A-holes just never show up in Idaho. Lol
