I had some changes made on my stock tune (leaned it out a bit) when loading a Lund or VMP tune do I need to take it back to the stock tune before loading? I'm adding a JLT and cj65 throttle body. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yeah, so it can save your stock tune as such in the device. I assume your custom tune will be for the jlt.
