I have a 03 redfire 75,000 miles All that had ever been done to it was drop in k/n and two high flow cats with x pipe ford racing mufflers.When it was new it dyno at 378 RWHPall stock.The orignal owner then put the x with 2 high flow cats and ford racing mufflers.It even had the air silencer in it.It dynoed at 398 RWHP.I am going to put a full JLT cold air kit and a 2.8 pulley and I have a diablo programer with the pulley tune.What kind of HP can I exspect.Thanks.

455-460. save the cash from the programmer and get a custom tune. Canned tunes suck.

I had a buddy of mine that had the same mods with steda cold air stock h pipe and 2 high flow cats.and his dyno at 485 RWHP.
Buy the SCT Xcal2 or Livewire before you get the diablo. The SCT has better datalogging features and is a better product in my mind.

A budddy of mine does custom tunning.He said to get the diablo.It is the only hand held that you can do your on tunning.
IMO i would get a professional to tune your car....
He basically is.He has did countless supercharged cars and turbo cars.He tuned one fox body.That had a 302 non stroked with stage 1 eldebrock heads and a b cam.No forged rods or pistons.Had a p600 pro charger running 13 psi boost.The car run 10.37 at 131mph it was carburated.He is pretty good at tunning.
