just wondering what you all use when you grill i like using real wood and a 4 or 5 charcoal but mostly real wood.

The thought of what is in charcoal makes me sick. Real wood or gas is the only way imo. Although I would not be surprised by the amount of charcoal fans on here since Henry Ford was the first to mass produce it.

I use charcoal. Gas is certainly less of a hassle, though. I actually just finished making a marinade for chicken fajitas, so I'll be using the grill tomorrow night.
