I took my 2010 EVO X GSR to Mr. Ivey to have him work his magic.

The only modification done to the car is a K&N Drop In Filter, other then that the car is Bone Stock.

My baseline run without the K&N Filter was 267whp and 270wtq. Sean told me that this was higher then the average 2008 Models.

Final Numbers with the K&N Drop In Filter are:
315whp
324wtq

Car is much smoother and pulls much stronger throughout the entire rpm range. Gas mileage is up 3mpg highway cruising.

My deepest apologizes that these are not mustang numbers as it offends some members if you sell your mustang and move on to something else. Flame Away :fm:

Great numbers, that's a nice ride! How's it feel on the street?

It's a really fun street car. Handles like it's on rails, brakes are outstanding, big back seat, usable power at all times, Rearco seats hold you in tight. Only really complaint is that trunk space is poor.

wow those are some great numbers nice looking car too

Thank You Sir and Thank You SVT 4 Me.

Impressive for a filter/tune! What else you have planned for it?

AMS Widemouth Downpipe which replaces the 02 Housing as well
Buschur Racing Quiet Cat-Back Exhaust System
AMS Short Ram Intake
AMS Front Mount Intercooler
AMS Upper and Lower Intercooler Pipes
Walboro Fuel Pump
Re-Tune
Maybe Cams (Undecided, I haven't seen great gains yet)

This should net me 370whp and 370wtq and a trap speed of 115-116mph. This is exactly what my EVO 9 was and it was a really fun street car.

If I decide to not DD this car anymore then I will do Injectors and Turbo and shoot for 500whp.

Nice numbers, anymore pics of it? I've always been a fan of the Evo's myself, looks pretty good man.

This is not my car, but the only things I have changed on the exterior so far are:
1. Debaged Trunk
2. Installed OEM Mitsubishi Mud Guards (I know I know, but they protect the paint)

I like the drop and wheel choice on this particular EVO X. I would just add Tint.

nice! I like it a lot, the white looks really clean. I'd like to drive one sometime... I hear they're fun cars.

the drop and wheels in the last pic look sick. Is the wing black?

On that car the wing is black, but it comes white. I will be going Wingless as I hate ricer wings.

Wow great numbers from just a tune and drop in filter! I love the look of the new EVO X. IMO its steps ahead of the EVO IX in regards to styling.
