I am taking the car to the dealer for a bad rear wheel bearing. I have a question, do you guys think I should remove the MGW shifter? can they void my waranty even though they are not doing any drivetrain work? My other mods are JLT CAI, and Borla cat back. Not worried about these two.

I just brought my 03 in for warranty work with a shifter and they said it was fine
If you're not worried about the catback and intake, don't worry about the shifter. The vast majority of dealers have no issue with those mods. Of course if you were taking it in for a transmission issue things might change. LOL! But for what you're going in for you should be fine.
