So the tune added 4 whp between 6200-6700 rpm, which is ~6 hp at the crank.

And people void their warranties for that?

Got my car back from the the paint shop yesterday so I'll be going to the dyno this afternoon.
Hoping for 410ishrwhp/390tq!

It was a generic SCT which is never as good as a custom tune. He said he was going to load it just for shits and giggles, knowing it wasnt going to produce. And your warranty doesnt get voided just like that. Baseline dynos are between 375-385 on average a tune along is taking people up to about 400-410, add an intake and youre around 420whp.

I did everything at once. With a remote tune I don't have the luxury of doing one mod, dyno, another mod, dyno...ect. Not to mention that to go
to the dyno is almost a 200 mile round trip.

Got back from the dyno, a little dissapointing, I only gained 35rwhp and 24tq.
Previous best with stock tune was 363.46/352.39 this time 397.85/376.17.
Here is an overlay of my previous dyno but they used the one of the SCT canned tune runs.
The temp was 47 at the last dyno session, it was 50 today.

2-3 cars on 6G with the same mods but different tunes are in the 445-455RWHP range.

I'm not really concerned with the low peak numbers as I am with only a 35hp gain.
My last car ('13 A6 Premium) only made 386rwhp but trapped 115.56mph. Same as most of the "410+rwhp" cars
My local track opens March 7th, if it isn't snowing, we'll see how it really runs.
