Not surprised.. Gm beat Toyota in global sales IIRC. Ford also posted profits too. Not bad so far for American companies.

If ford, or microsoft doubled the price of there product in the next 4 years, everyone would shit their pants just the way they did with oil...
No one is mad that oil is turning a profit, its the nature in which it occured.

And the fact that the supply of oil is absolutely critical to the functioning of our society and our economy depends on it. I think our country might still have a very slight chance of surviving as normal if google disappeared or started charging $4 per search. :loser:

GM beat Toyota in the second quarter, Toyota beat them in the first quarter. Toyota is still ahead overall for the first half of the year, but I can see GM catching up with Toyota's recent Tundra problems.
