Might want to think about using a tripod or if using one get a better one or use a remote trigger or the timer for shutter release. One of these issue(s) is causing your pics to be blurry.

I was going to say the exact same thing. If you are going to play with aperture or shutter speed to get a crisp shot at night it would be wise to use a tripod.
