On Inauguration Day (1/20) fuel, 87 Octane, was $1.85/gallon. Last Friday it had gone up to $2.49/gallon. This morning it's now $2.69/gallon.

In less than 60 days, it's up $.84/gallon here. Y'all seeing similar spikes around the country?
We hit 6 bucks per US gallon for 91 yesterday!

How are the northern/cold weather folks' natural gas bills looking these days? I mentioned in another thread that my recent utility bill shot to $326. That's a rough average of $80 more than the last 2-3 years. Hasn't been any colder than usual either. I haven't checked the breakdown of gas vs electric so I can't completely blame it solely on the gas.

Mine have rose approximately 65% over the past 2 month vs the same months 1 year prior.

I do believe the price of oil per barrel is over 90 bucks.
Only going higher too. Absolutely terrible.

87 is ~$3.09/g and 91-93 is $3.49/g.

I absolutely despise the huge price spread and the company's BS excuse about more vehicles using premium than before. It's an obvious lie and nothing more than a cash grab that's been accepted by the public.

A long long time ago, the gap was about 10c between the grades. I’ve seen that gap .85c but mostly .30-.35 between grades.

My combination gas/ electric averages $300 combined. Gas portion this time of year is about $175. I shop electic and gas prices and try to lock for 36 months.

Our gas usage went down 10% from Dec to Jan and the bill went up by 8%
Go figure!

Here in Omaha E-85 is $2.45, 87 10% $3.19, 87 no alcohol $3.49 and 91 no alcohol $3.89 (?). I burn E-85 in my Lightning.

Filled up the F250 today, cost me $91.

Fuel jumped up .21 in the past 48 hours. It's now $3.19 for for 87 here.

Crazy to think that in just over 12 months, fuel has gone from $1.85 to $3.19. What a crock.

Canadian average for regular gas just hit $1.60/L. I believe that's higher than 2008 when oil hit $150/barrel.

Had a picture from 2 years ago show up on my phone of a gas pump charging $1.94 for 87 as it had jumped.
Today 87 is $3.19, 91 is $ 3.69 and E-85 $2.19
