fuel milege...lol

So I want to see the fuel mileage differences in our trucks compared to location with bolt on mods or stock. I usually get 285mi out of a tank and have an exhaust bypass valve and k&n drop in.I'm stationed in ca right now and usually buy chevron gas, however I recently bought a tank of shell and thought my fuel gauge was broken when I got 322mi! Of course it depends on how you drive but my L is my dd and tickets are expensive so I always drive easy.

wow 280.... I usually get about 240-260 miles on mine, I do drive it pretty rough lol. Ive never let it get to the point that the LOW FUEL light comes on though, that could be the reason I dont see 280 miles. I also use only chevron gas, but I may try shell for that amazing 322 mile range lol

I always buy shell. I avg 17 hwy and 13 city. Never recorded the miles off a full tank.

Stock 2002 TB. Averaging 13.0-13.8 mpg. At 300 miles, I am nearing empty and always fill up, though I could probably get to 325+.
(usually Chevron or Enron gas)

I only put shell 91 in my truck and i usually get about 400kms-500kms....so roughly between 250-300 miles LOL depends how i feel!

When my truck was closer to stock I had ported blower, 2.8 upper, 6lb lower, shorties, exhaust, no cats, no egr, and would net around 15.5 fwy and 13 city.

14 city, 17 highway.Mods are cams, pulley, throttle body,full aftermarket exhaust with no cats and headers, big injectors and big pumps,and a cai.

I had 3# lower and CAI etc on my 2000 L (Silver) in Austin and would get about 17/13 on Shell rolling on 23's. Used to get the same on my other stock 2000 L (black) on the stock 18's. I am sure there is a little bit of difference depending on the year of truck as well - 3:55 vs 3:73's.

Just bought an 01' Lightning. It's got a #6 pulley, flow master cat back. It's pulling to the right, I gotta get it down to Firestone to get it aligned. But anyway I did a city/highway run and it got 16.88 mpg.
