This is just down the road 15 minutes away from me. Pretty well known car around here as one of the nicest.
As Chris said the Canadian dollar tanking up here is making a lot of guys consider selling their cars to the south. We sure as heck cant build anything up here like it is. 1.45 of ours to one of yours when buying from the USA and 1.40 for us to trade your dollar in.
Thats why 4 or 5 years ago everyone was down there picking up these cars when our dollar was on par. No way you will find us coming down and buying an identical car to ours in the USA for the $24500 which will cost us $35500 before it even hits the border not including shipping or other fees.
