Is the front bumper drilled ? GLWS.
Unfortunately it is drilled for the factory license plate holder since the car was originally sold in Texas. That's why I have just left the factory plate holder and front plate on the car.

No I'm not going to separate anything unless the buyer of the car doesn't want certain parts. Also going to need those cats in about a month if the car doesn't sell for emissions inspection.
