Front wheel scraping

I noticed the other day when I was under the car that I have a scrape around the lip of the wheel like they have been scraping on something but can't see any place where it could be hitting. Both wheels are the same and it looks fresh. I have the stock wheels on the front at least I think they are stock. The car is lowered with H&R race springs. Anyone else seen this problem before.

Probably from the a arm. Jack the car up and turn wheel lock to lock. It might not hit like this but imagine with weight on the suspension. Pulling into a parking lot with wheel turned all the way may cause the wheel to hit the a arm. Happened on my old GT that was really low.
