search for steering creek or something like that. yes there is a fix and I would recommend just upgrading to the MM aluminum steering bushings. they are cheap and since you have to pull everything apart to fix it, you may as well upgrade to fix the problem and increase steering response.
basically, the factory sleeves need to be shaved down a little IIRC.
