Good video...Farley needs to connect and hear/listen with the line workers. There is a ton of quality issues that is costing Ford. He is trying to get hands around this huge task.

Things will be interesting later this year with contract talks, and new and untested leadership at the UAW. Some pretty strong language being thrown around already.
