Fox Chassis Trans Question

Has anyone used a late model GT500 6060 trans in a Fox body? I'm working on a Coyote Fox swap and I'm trying to figure out what trans to use if the 6060 will fit within the factory tunnel. If this info is posted here, the search didnt find it.

Any link would be great.

I imagine it'll fit in the tunnel, but I'd be more concerned with where the shifter ends up. I've read before you need a trans out of a 96-04 car to get everything to line up properly.
