I was pretty excited to get my fully built rear end back in my project car with new tubular control arms and qa1 coil overs. Everything went smooth accept for getting the springs on the shocks. That took about 3 hours lol. Need lug nuts now to put my wheels on. Moving to the front next. Car is a shell basically. Have an r302 block in the machine shop. Gonna be fun one day.. Thought I'd share.

The last one was before the rear. I just put the wheel up to see how they'd look.

Yeah a 8-900hp Street cat. :). I don't think I'll have balls enough to go to the track as much money as I'll have in it. This is the car i like and intend on keeping. Basically started as a high milage rust free Florida car. Been a few years just slow going tearing it down, paying on the engine and hoarding parts without the wife knowing lol. I scraped and painted the bottom and replaced all the door internals. I have the whole front suspension in my basement and want to paint the engine bay and install all the front components soon. Then drop the motor. Need to buy the big boys like the supercharger and transmission. It will be a little while then I'll have a good running car with no interior and shitty looking exterior. Lol man this will never be finished..

I wish you'd win the lottery or something so I could see this build shift into high gear. I love fox coupes. Nice job so far.

That's going to be a really nice build. Think of the pride you'll have in the end, knowing you did it yourself. Can't wait to see the finished project. :)

That's a really nice build. I also have a coupe I'm working on but just opposite of yours. Mostly a junkyard used parts build that I can cruise and enjoy while I work on it.
