Bear in mind, this limited output is only for the 2015 model year, not the calendar year. For the automotive world, 2016 should start in just a few months and allow for even more Shelby Mustangs to hit the streets.

Curious to see if they do a standard run for the 2016's. If not, I may be looking at a regular GT seeing as these will have insane mark-ups if run in limited numbers.

Nice tribute to Shelby then. Seeing how there's likely going to be no differences besides model years on 2015s and 2016s, just wait for the 2016s to start rolling off the line, and let the collectors haggle over the limited quantities of 2015s.

Lol. The mark up will probably be more than the car MSRP's for. Just wait until 2-3 years into production and they will be all over the place.

Eh no biggie, let those that cant wait pay the markups.

For everyone else that can afford a $65k-75k car theyll just wait for 2016.

Exactly. No one was really expecting a 2015 anyways so everyone that's looking to get a car for a normal price can just get a 2016 like they planned to originally. I don't see the time frame of the 2016 model availability being very different now that the 2015's are thrown in the mix.

I knew this was going to happen so I didn't bother waiting, just went ahead and got my 5.0.

How many do you think would have to be buult in 2016, 2017 and so on to totally fill up the pipeline.

So that you could walk into any dealer and get one for xxxx off of list price.

Before you say anything just remember that the hottest, most desirable car of it's era were the 03 & 04 Cobras.

And the end of the second model year there were factory rebates on them.

I think the Gt350 will be my precious weekend toy, the one to keep forever after. I have been reading so much about it, that I can almost feel what it will feel like to be driven. All I need is getting my career started so that I can afford one. Meanwhile I am happy extracting every bit of performance out of my 11 5.0

Meh. So you get a '15 if you have deep pockets and are a collector. Or for normal people, just wait for the '16 model which will come out a month or two later. Hell, some dealerships already have '16 models (not the Shelby) on the way.

And there will be a markup on the 16 GT350 because of the amount of people that can't get them for 15.

So don't buy cars with ADM? Eventually dealers will lower the price if they don't sell. Or just go to a better dealer that doesn't do markups.
