After listening to every exhaust possible on youtube, I had narrowed it down to the KR exhaust and the Ford Racing M-5230-5GT; since I really didn't like the look of the KR exhaust (tips sticking out like coffee cans), I went with the Ford Racing M-5230-5GT (aka Borla Stingers, but cheaper).

Got them installed yesterday...Yea, Baby!!!!

That was the right call, a nice rumble at low end, and a deep aggressive roar as she opens up.

Very little popping or tiney noise as is prone with x-pipes.

I had magna packs on my 02' GT (w/4 inch Sebring tips), and it is very simular.

Thumbs Up here!!

Pics and sound clip coming soon

i like them as well, slight drone at lower rpm's but hell i have been driving some sort of mustang for the past 14 years so i am used to a drone..lol..

and who goes 70 in 6th gear?:poke: 70 in 2nd is just cruising!

on a side note i want to hear the set up chuck is going with because for me, the youtube clips just do not do any exhaust the justice of what they really sound like. just my .02

yeah, i've never seen so much concern over "gee, at 70, I will get drone..." Someone get Nancy her dress....and her 4-door Civic to take to church on Sunday. :poke:

Got my slp's

check out my thread

I will install them sat and attempt a video

they are truly straight through, no perforations or sound deadening, no muffler in sight.

ahh the thought just tingles my spine

I was in love when I removed my SGTs, so I took it for a sping and fell deeper in love

Just in time for Valentines day

My car is not a garage queen, it is driven daily and I like to be able to have a conversation with my passenger at highway speeds. They also rattled the hell out of my shifter and ebrake area. Just my opinion and others will surely vary!
